Cancellations and Changing Appointments


We aim to be as flexible as possible with cancellations and changes of appointment, as unexpected surprises may occur. You can cancel or change appointments anytime by phone, email or by text message.


We ask you give us at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation before your scheduled appointment.


Being a small business, we are often unable to find someone to fill your reserved space if you cancel at the last minute.
